Returns and Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Return Window
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. After 30 days we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds — so if something's wrong, please don't wait to reach out.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
What's Covered — Our Responsibility
We'll replace or fully refund your item if:
- The product arrived with a manufacturing defect
- We sent you the wrong item, color, or size
- The item arrived damaged in transit
If we made the mistake, we'll make it right — no questions asked.
What's Not Covered — Your Responsibility
We're unable to offer refunds for:
- Incorrect size, color, or quantity selected at checkout — we ship exactly what was ordered
- Orders undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout
- Change of mind after an order has been processed or shipped
If you realize you made an error right after ordering, email us immediately at hello@witchkitch.shop — if it hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to help.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Take a clear photo of the issue (if it's a size problem, include a ruler for reference)
- Email hello@witchkitch.shop with the subject line: Order #[YourOrderNumber] — Return Request
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and your photo(s)
We'll get back to you within a few days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed immediately and typically appear on your original payment method within a few days, depending on your bank.
A Note on Colors & Photos
Product colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to photography lighting and monitor settings. Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Still Waiting on a Refund?
First check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — there's often a processing delay before refunds post officially. If you've done both and still haven't seen it, reach out at hello@witchkitch.shop and we'll look into it.
