Thanks for shopping with us. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to you.


WHERE WE SHIP FROM

This shop curates items from all over the world. Most of our products ship directly from our suppliers overseas. Some products ship domestically from within the United States and will be noted on the product page where applicable.

A lot of products are from shops run by small business owners and require a bit more patience in getting your order. Thank you for supporting small business and slower living!


SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different locations. This is normal and means you get each item as fast as possible. You may receive more than one tracking number.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

These are estimates from the date your order ships, not the date you place it. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method your supplier uses — economy options may take longer, and express options like DHL or UPS are faster but may incur additional fees.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method your supplier uses. Economy shipping options may take longer. Express options (DHL, UPS) are faster but may incur additional fees.

Delays can also occur due to weather, customs clearance, or incorrect address info — all outside our control, but we'll do our best to help if something goes sideways. Thank you in advance for your patience! 


COUNTRIES WE CANNOT SHIP TO

Due to international customs restrictions, we're unable to ship to countries on the OFAC sanctions list, including: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe. We're sorry if this affects you.


A NOTE ON IMPORT DUTIES & TARIFFS

Trade rules have changed significantly and we want to be upfront about what that means for your order.

US customers (as of May 2026): The previous $800 duty-free exemption for packages from China no longer exists. All shipments from China are now subject to US import tariffs. Depending on your order, you may be charged import duties by your carrier before delivery. These fees are set by the US government and are outside our control. Visit cbp.gov for more info.

EU customers (as of May 2026): Import VAT applies to all orders. Starting July 1, 2026, a new flat €3 customs duty per item will also apply to parcels under €150 arriving from outside the EU. This is an EU-wide rule affecting all non-EU sellers. You may see this at checkout or upon delivery depending on your carrier.

Everyone else: Import duties and taxes vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you're unsure.

We know this isn't fun to read. We'd rather you know upfront than be surprised at your door.


PAYMENT

All orders are charged at the time of purchase in USD. If you're paying in another currency, your bank will handle the conversion from USD to your local currency.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days before shipping. Processing includes checking, packing, and handing off to the carrier — after which you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Orders placed on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed the following week.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Need to change or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@witchkitch.shop. Once an order is processed, changes can't be guaranteed — but we'll try our best.

If we're able to cancel after the 12-hour window, a 15% cancellation fee applies to cover costs already incurred.
